The large, quarry tiled farmhouse kitchen may well prove to be the place where your family will congregate, enjoying the warmth of the wood burning stove in the Staffordshire stone fireplace. The room is well lit and fitted with plenty of light oak wood kitchen units, with fitted and integrated appliances, including a full oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A separate, shared laundry room is available for washing and tumble drying.

The spacious sitting room is equally cosy. You can enjoy views over open countryside during daylight hours and settle down to watch the colour television after a day’s sightseeing.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with a four poster bed and the other with a 5ft bed. En-suite bathrooms are provided for both bedrooms.

A good level of privacy is afforded by the third and fourth twin bedrooms being situated on the second floor, where a further bathroom is provided.

You can enjoy privacy in the garden, with both sunny and shaded areas, plus magnificent countryside views.
