Ideal for unwinding, the three cottages on this lovingly maintained seven-acre farm each has its own picturesque garden and offers utter privacy and seclusion. Slade House, the largest of the three, is a former yeoman's abode dating back to the 1640s. With exposed beams and antique furniture throughout, as well as a log fire in both kitchen and living room, it exudes a rural homeliness that complements its magnificent views of the National Park. For the comfort of all our guests, all the properties are totally
non-smoking and we regret that pets are not allowed. |

Slade Cottage, a carefully converted wing of the farmhouse, has its own courtyard and cobbled patio which again command breathtaking views of the countryside. With quarry tiled floors, it still retains the original farmhouse range. The smallest of the three, Slade Tops, was converted from a split level barn and sleeps two people in homely surroundings.
